Shipping, Handling & Returns/exchanges

 

For additional questions please contact us prior to purchasing. 

All orders that was placed over a holiday and/or the weekend will begin processing the following business day. Once your order is prepared and ready for shipping, confirmation will be sent including the tracking number, via email address you provided. Please ensure that your contact information is correct when creating your GEORGIA PEACH HAIR EXTENSIONS account. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging onto your account. Once you receive your tracking number allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become recognizable.

SHIPPING DURATION: 

Please allow 5-7 business days after payment for your order to be processed, with an additional 2 business days for delivery. Wigs are 7-10 business days. Please note that for customized wig units, no refund or exchange will be accepted. We specialize in RAW HAIR EXTENSIONS, which takes time to be co-washed etc before shipping.

International Orders: All  custom/import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item prices or shipping costThese charges are you the buyer’s responsibility. Prior to buying, please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Image result for shipping boxesUNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES: Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address provided when you made your initial order. You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email.

Tracking numbers are sent to your email address inbox when a shipping label is created. Please also be sure to check your spam folders for shipping information, if shipping information was not received based on the time stated in the shipping, processing & handling policy, please contact us and let us know. Use your USPS tracking to track your package. Incomplete or incorrect address information will cause a definite delay in the shipping of your order. Please thoroughly check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (street# address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.

Please note: Shipping addresses cannot be changed once you placed orders. If your order got returned to us we will re-ship at your expense. GEORGIA PEACH HAIR will not

be responsible for returned packages due to inaccurate shipping information. 

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not have any way to give special delivery instructions to the USPS, will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their

attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customers responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

LOST SHIPMENTS:

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us immediately. We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace. This

investigation can take up to 8-10. We will not replace or refund lost packages.

 

Returns/exchanges

Here at Georgia Peach Hair Extensions, we takes pride in our customer's satisfaction. Our products are thoroughly inspected before leaving our facility and are double checked and inspected by our team which is a part of our processing and handling prior to shipping. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order or purchase, we do offer the flexibility of an exchange.

Important: Before using your new hair extensions/wigs, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure the correct length, color, texture, and quality are as ordered. We encourage you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair, without cutting the zip ties or opening the bundles to ensure satisfaction with the product. DO NOT ADD PRODUCT, OR WASH THE HAIR. Get a second opinion from your stylist if you are unsure or have doubts. Once the hair is used we are limited on what we can do to help you if a problem arises.
If you would like to exchange your product, you must email us within 14 days of receipt of merchandise by or calling Sales at 929-312-9845 Mon.-Fri. 9am-5pm.

PLEASE NOTE ALL EXCHANGES DUE TO CUSTOMERS WANTING TO CHANGE TEXTURES, A MANDATORY 35% RESTOCKING FEE FOR THE ORIGINAL TRESSES AND SHIPPING. 

SALE, CUSTOM WIG ITEMS AND CLOSURES/FRONTALS, ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE.

Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regard to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, or manipulated with heat or chemicals of any sort all Return or exchange policies are voided.

Please do not send unauthorized returns. Merchandise sent to us without an RMA cannot be tracked and may be lost. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.

*Any Chargebacks or PayPal disputes without initially contacting Stylish U Hair for resolve, will automatically result in a Loss of any exchanges or refunds.
